iSoftel provides normal service for iSoftel's customer with telephone "hotline"service ( the "Helpdesk" ) 0-2413-4114 for questions and problem-reporting is operational 5days a week from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. (as request from customer we shell provide 7 x 24 hr )
iSoftel will provide appropriate assistance to customer adequately describes to
iSoftel's Helpdesk a problem with Software and Harware as sold by isoftel to customer.
After warranty period, iSoftel still provide maintenance service. For more informations
